01Where we ship
We ship worldwide from the United States. Some remote regions may be excluded at checkout. All items are physical products dispatched to the address you provide.
02Costs and free shipping
Shipping is calculated in USD. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below that threshold carry a flat standard shipping fee shown at checkout.
03Processing and delivery times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on destination. These are estimates, not guarantees, and customs handling can add time on international orders.
04Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
05Tracking and issues
You will receive tracking once your order ships. If a parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email support@flplumbplus.shop within 14 days of the delivery date and we will help put it right.
