01When you get a refund
Refunds are issued for eligible returns of unopened items, and for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 14 days of delivery. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Opened bathroom hygiene and personal-contact items cannot be returned for health reasons.
02How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid in USD to your original payment method. The statement descriptor for any charge or refund reads FLPLUMBPLUS STORE.
03Amounts and shipping
We refund the item price. Original shipping is non-refundable except where an item was faulty, damaged, or sent in error. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is not refunded.
04Processing time
Once we receive and inspect a return, we process the refund within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
05No purification or savings claims
Filter and flow accessories are not water purifiers, softeners, or treatment systems. We make no purification, softening, health, or money-saving claims. Refunds are based on product condition and our policy above, not on any expectation of water treatment, softening, or cost savings.
