Returns policy

What can and cannot be returned. Because many items are bathroom hygiene and personal-contact accessories, some categories cannot be returned once opened.

0114-day window for unopened items

Unopened items in their original, unbroken packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price in USD. Start a return by emailing support@flplumbplus.shop with your order number.

02Opened hygiene items are not returnable

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Opened bathroom hygiene and personal-contact items cannot be returned for health reasons. This includes aerator tips, shower heads, splash mats, comfort grips, drip caps, drain and tank parts, and similar items once the seal is broken. This protects the health and safety of all customers.

03Verify fit before opening

Fittings use common G1/2 threads and standard hole spacing. You must verify size and fit for your own fixtures before installation. If you are unsure an item fits your fixtures, please ask us before opening it — once opened, hygiene items cannot be returned.

04Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including for opened items in those cases.

05Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns of unopened items, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items we do not receive.
